Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
  3. Ship the Product: Pack the product securely and include the RMA number inside the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@pinealpure.ltd with your order details and photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.
